About this event

July’s Hacking Health Café welcomed speakers and attendees from different areas of healthcare, bringing together their unique stories and experiences. Hosted at our Labs, the event sparked lively discussion around disruptive innovation, thinking outside the box and how to sustainably design for healthcare!

Passionate about quality of post-surgical care for his patients, Dr. Andrew Feifer opened the Café with his experience of creating and developing a post-surgical care prostate cancer app for his patients.

Andrei Dinin from Xtreme Labs took us through the do’s-and-don’ts of developing apps for healthcare.

Miriam Verburg closed with her feature presentation of Long Story, a game to encourage healthy choices around relationship for teenage girls.
